  • Timeline: Our standard delivery time is 4 to 7 working days.
  • Delays: Digital Hakeem is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). 

4. Returns and Refunds
  • Period: We offer a 7-day return policy. You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, specifically the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and provincial Consumer Protection Acts.
