Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Digital Hakeem. We value your trust and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Digital Hakeem requires proof of purchase (order number or receipt) for all returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are typically accepted if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product is unopened and in its original seal (for non-defective items).
Note: Due to health and hygiene standards, certain herbal or personal care products may not be eligible for return once the seal is broken.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank Transfer as agreed).
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process after the item has been inspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan is 4 to 7 working days.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), Digital Hakeem will cover the return shipping costs.
