We currently offer nationwide shipping to all major cities and remote areas within Pakistan.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 4 to 7 working days.
- Peak Seasons: Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
- Note: We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (please check our homepage for active promotions).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or Email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel through our courier partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the rider's arrival to avoid delivery delays.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at 03395420562. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours.
